How do I order?

I try to accommodate as many orders as I can!  Since my availability will depend upon the size and scope of your order, I ask that you follow these steps:

1.  Please fill out an inquiry form here.

2.  Check your email!  You will receive a confirmation email if I’m able to take your order, or an email with my sincerest apologies if I am unable to accommodate your request!

3.  From there I will be in contact with you for more details!

4.  After details have been finalized, you will receive an invoice.  Payment must then be made within 24 hours to complete your order!

How much are your cookies?

I charge a flat rate of $95 per dozen.

How soon should I book?

I book one month in advance and my calendar opens the month prior!  (i.e. my April calendar will open for bookings starting on March 1st!)  If you have a very unique or large order, of course you can call or email me ahead of time!

Can I freeze my cookies?

Absolutely!  Cookies freeze very well!  (And your order will come with freezing instructions!)  They do best when frozen in an airtight container, and then allowed to come back to room temperature *before* that container is ever reopened!

What about last minute orders?

It never hurts to ask!  I love making cookies!

What forms of payment do you take?

I accept cash, card (via Stripe), and Venmo!

How do I get my cookies?

Pickup will occur at the time requested on your inquiry form, from my cottage bakery in West Destin (address will be provided with your invoice)!  

Do you deliver?

Delivery is available to Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Fort Walton Beach, and Niceville.  Standard delivery fees start at $30.  *NEW* Delivery is only $10 if you select the delivery day for your area:

30A/Watersound/Rosemary – Tuesdays 12p-3p

Miramar Beach/Destin – Thursdays 12p-3p

Terms & Conditions

Payment
Payment is required in full to confirm your order.

If your order is not paid in full within 24 hours of your invoice, The Frosted Bouquet may not be able to fulfill your order for the date requested.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made by the customer more than 14 days out from the scheduled pickup/delivery date and time are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made by the customer within 14 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery date and time are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made by The Frosted Bouquet are eligible for a full refund.

Pickup/Delivery
The Frosted Bouquet is not responsible for any damage to the order after it has been accepted by the customer.

Changes to Orders
Any requests to change your order are subject to availability and must be submitted at least one week prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date.

Additional charges may apply.

Allergens

All baked goods are made in a cottage food
operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

The Frosted Bouquet does not offer any gluten or dairy free products at this time.
